We call back once, then follow your pre‑approved escalation plan (e.g., text/call a designated contact; if still no contact, call a local non‑emergency welfare‑check line if that’s in your plan).

Are you a medical service?

No. We do not provide medical advice or treatment. If there’s an emergency, call 911.

Can you call at a specific time every day?

Yes. We will figure out a window of time that is convenient for you.

Can we pause or add extra calls?

Yes—just let us know. Many families add extra calls during travel or after a hospital stay.

Do you serve people with memory loss?

Yes, with family guidance on preferences and an appropriate escalation plan.
