Daily Phone Check-Ins
Silver Crown Calls makes scheduled, compassionate phone calls to seniors living at home. We keep them connected, notice small changes, and update family according to your plan.


Phone service across the US; Calls are made between 8am and 2pm PST.
Missed-call & Escalation
If there’s no answer, we retry once. If still no answer, we follow your written plan (e.g., notify a designated contact, including family members or neighbors)
With your permission, we can contact a local non-emergency welfare-check line

Daily calls in the same time window.
Friendly conversation plus light wellness questions
(“How are you feeling today? Any concerns?”)
Personal touch, we note family names, pet names, hobbies, and other interests
The human touch, we are not AI!
Reminders if requested, such as appointments, etc.
Assurances that they were able to make it to the phone
Tell us your name and relationship to the perspective client.
Fill out the Intake form which will include contacts and an escalation plan.
We will call to set up a time and verify intake information (typically within 1–2 business days)
